Guacamole
I love avocados. They are a source of healthy fat and a delicious addition to salads and sandwiches. By combining recipes from various Mexican restaurants, as well as my own ideas, I have created this recipe for guacamole. Give it a try, but do not be afraid to experiment!

- 2 avocados
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 lime
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- cumin, salt, and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Mash up the avocados in a medium bowl. Add the juice of the lemon and lime. Mix in a chopped garlic clove and cilantro, as well as the olive oil. Add cumin, salt, and pepper to taste. Serves 4.
To store:
To prevent browning, push Press&Seal along the top of the leftover guacamole in a container before sealing it with an airtight cap. If you eliminate the air bubbles, the guac will last twice as long.
